General Questions/New to Joomla! 5.x • redirecting expired urls

I have a main page:

https://adifferentdrummer.com.au/wellness-centre

I renamed it from a page I first created, unaware of the problems that come from changing urls.

It was called this:

https://adifferentdrummer.com.au/break-your-shell

When I go to redirect the old to new page I get error saying 'source must be unique.'

When I search the old name it doesn't show in redirects, only extended versions of it eg

https://adifferentdrummer.com.au/break- ... ta-healing

I do find a page with a hyphen:

https://adifferentdrummer.com.au/break-your-shell/

I've redirected to the new page but getting 404 (after clearing cache).

So totally stumped how to redirect with the error showing
